Transport operations, made deliberate
The operating system for teams that move what matters.
TransFleet gives fleet, dispatch and delivery teams one calm place to act on real work—from assignment through proof of delivery.

The operational gap
When work outgrows
the tools around it.
Most teams do not lack effort. They lack a single, trustworthy operating picture when the day gets busy.
Work lives in too many places
Calls, chat threads, spreadsheets and tracker portals make it difficult to establish the actual state of an order.
Dispatch becomes memory-driven
When assignment decisions are not visible to the team, exceptions become late customer conversations.
Evidence arrives after the fact
Delivery context, exceptions and proof should be connected to the operational record—not reconstructed later.
The TransFleet platform
Purpose-built surfaces
for operational control.
Each module shares the same account context, so the team can move from signal to action without rebuilding the story.
Fleet control
Keep the vehicle record, availability and operational state together.
Explore fleet →Dispatch workspace
Give dispatchers a shared queue for orders, assignments and exceptions.
Explore dispatch →Location signals
Bring tracker events into the operational record when providers send them.
Explore tracking →Delivery evidence
Connect status changes, proof references and operational history.
Explore delivery →Account controls
Make every request and workflow aware of the active tenant account.
Explore security →API-first foundation
Render real data, clear empty states and useful errors—never sample operations.
Open dashboard →Implementation by design
Start with a working
slice, then expand.
TransFleet is designed to be introduced in the same order a responsible operations team would adopt it.
Establish the data foundation
Provision the right account datasets, roles and access boundaries before operational data enters the system.
Finish one workflow end-to-end
Build and test a complete operational slice—for example vehicle creation and fleet visibility.
Connect the next decision
Layer in orders, dispatch, telemetry and delivery evidence only after the previous workflow is dependable.
Designed to connect
Your operation does not
start from zero.
What happens if there is no data in an account?+
The workspace shows an explicit empty state. It never fabricates vehicles, drivers, activity or fleet performance to make the interface look complete.
How is a company's operational data separated?+
API requests are scoped to the authenticated client account. The data layer uses a tenant-specific TransFleet table convention for operational records.
Can we introduce the platform incrementally?+
Yes. The implementation sequence begins with the data foundation and one dependable workflow before adding dispatch, telemetry and delivery modules.
Can TransFleet receive tracker updates?+
Yes. The API includes a tracker webhook and a latest-location contract. Provider-specific mapping is validated during the telemetry implementation phase.
