Privacy notice

How TransFleet handles operational data.

Last updated: 16 August 2026. This product notice should be reviewed by your legal adviser before production launch.

1. Scope

This notice describes how TransFleet processes account, user, fleet, driver, dispatch, telemetry and delivery information when an organisation uses the platform.

2. Information processed

Depending on enabled modules, TransFleet may process account identifiers, contact information, vehicle and driver records, location events, operational orders, proof-of-delivery references and payment-related records.

3. Security and access

Access is controlled through authenticated sessions and role-aware workflows. Operational requests are scoped to the client account. Organisations remain responsible for granting appropriate access and protecting their own integration credentials.

4. Retention

Retention requirements vary by operational, contractual and legal need. A production rollout must agree retention periods, deletion procedures and backup expectations before data is introduced.

5. Your responsibilities

Customers must ensure that they have a lawful basis to provide personal and operational information to TransFleet and must provide appropriate notices to their own staff, drivers and customers.
